Terms and conditions

1. This is a first come first serve basis. Please proceed with the payment once we confirm your booking   within 3 days. 
2. If we do not receive any payment after 3 days, your booking is automatically cancelled and you have to   place a new order if you wish to purchase from us.
3. After we verify your payment, we will post your order and provide you with the tracking numbers.
4. Once your order is posted, please follow up with Pos Malaysia or the selected courier service using the  provided tracking number.
5. We do not take any responsibility for any delay in delivery caused by the delivery service. It is your responsibility to check with them once we post your orders. Thank you for your kind understanding.
6. We do not accept product return or refund request due to shipping or delivery faulty. However we may arrange for replacement or return if product is faulty by our mistake. Please check your order upon arrival and inform us within 48 hours if any damage found on the items you ordered.
